I wish I could give her more stars than just 5. Shannon is Amazing! She helped my husband and I find our home 5 years ago. We have stayed in touch ever since. My mom decided to sell her home and Shannon was the first and only realtor we called. She was more than happy to meet her and get things rolling. Unfortunately, Mom passed, and the sale of her home turned into an estate sale. Shannon was with us every step of the way. She is a patient, supportive and caring individual. She knows all of the ins and outs of real estate and really listens to her clients. She will always be our realtor but over the years I can now refer to her as a friend.

Shannon is absolutely amazing! We worked with her when buying and later selling our home, and she helped us navigate both situations extremely well. We were first-time home buyers and Shannon was very helpful in explaining what the process of buying a house entails, what to look for in a house, what not to compromise on, and what to let slide. On the selling end, Shannon was very knowledgeable about how to prepare a house for sale, when to enter the market, and she was incredibly helpful when we hit a few hiccups during the process. She's very experienced, knowledgable, super responsive, calm, and overall a great person!
Shannon was amazing! She really did go above and beyond as our agent. From helping with numbers to local utilities, to sending us her personal contacts for home repairs, to where to get a good burger, we could not have done it without her. All very much appreciated. Moving from out of state can seem intimidating but Shannon made the process of buying a home less stressful. Thank you!
Shannon was an amazing agent to use when selling my house. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, the market, and what the house needed to get top dollar. She was very patient and willing to explain any questions that we had throughout the process and made the house sparkle. Would highly recommend and would be happy to work with her again.

She took care of everything for me to get my property ready to put on the market which was extremely valuable to me. She knows the market very well and she was very responsive to any and all asks.
